Raises and reshapes sagging breast, by removing excess skin and repositioning the remaining tissue and nipples to improve its appearance. A breast lift can also reduce the size of the areola – the darker skin surrounding the nipple. If a patient’s breast is small or have lost volume (after pregnancy), getting breast implants in conjunction with a lift can increase their firmness and size.

You can look after your breast after breast surgery especially after implants like before it mean you could keep an eye on your newly formed breast regarding any lumps or any other change. You can still have regular mammograms on your breast.
It is possible to have nipple reconstruction after mastectomy. It is done few months latter after breast reconstruction, to give new breast time to settle down.
Amazingly a huge number (90%) of boys develop fatty tissue around the chest during puberty, in most cases the problem resolves with maturity. However for 10% of these boys the problem persists into adult hood. It is very embarrassing for them. This could easily be corrected by removing this extra breast tissue by surgery or liposuction alone.
Inverted nipples is a common problem and it effects breast feeding as well as aesthetic looks of a female breast. This can easily be corrected by a small surgery which could be done under local anesthesia as a day case.
